So there was frost again this morning. I am not ready yet. In the warm weather I am fairly active and stay in shape. The winter I stay inside. Haven't found a winter sport that has sucked me in yet. May suck it up and go back to the gym next week to maintain.Then as you probably know, most woman don't retain heat. I am NOT the exception. Matter of fact, I bring it to a new level.
